Our new house!

We went to Kearney this past Thursday and Friday to look at houses again. We had so much fun and the people are great there...everyone is so friendly! We had narrowed our options down to two different houses and finally got our favorite one down to an acceptable offer!

Here's the specs on the house:

It's a ranch style home that was built in 2006. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an attached 2 car garage. Total square foot is 2900.

Okay, here are the pictures of the bathroom transformation and refresh. We did sell the house in just 20 days so mission accomplished!!!

Okay, sort of a bad picture because we've been so busy getting the house ready to sell but you get the idea...

This project has certainly taken longer than we expected but the results are really paying off! Here's some of the amazing transformation pics:

Thanks to my mom, Linda, Beth & Mark for helping paint the back room, entryway and bedrooms...we wouldn't have got done so soon without all your help :)

Also, thank you Ron for letting me rummage through your old paint...the bedrooms look awesome because of it!

I will be uploading pics of the bathroom soon! It's not quite there yet but by this weekend we should be in business and listed for sale.
